Custom Fursuit Heads
Our heads start at $1100; exact pricing is dependent on number of colors, markings, airbrushing, and complexity of the design.
All heads come with the following features included in the base price:
- 3D printed headbase from Fuzzbutt Fursuits
- Up to three colors of luxury faux fur with non-complex markings, soft to the touch and expertly shaved where needed. Inner ears or eyebrows of “typical” white, pink, or black furs are included for no extra charge. (Additional colors and/or complex markings add variable costs based on your design; please request a quote for specifics.)
- Moving jaw or a static jaw. (Please note: a moving jaw is much more particular in regards to fit and sizing for optimal function. This may mean your fursuit head does not articulate well for you without you adding extra padding after purchase, or that it is fitted in such a way that very few other people may be able to wear it. If these are deterrents to you, we suggest opting for the static jaw)
- Basic 3D printed teeth inside the upper and lower jaw (two fangs on top, a small row of teeth at the front of the bottom jaw, with no gums/palate – if an herbivore based character, fangs can be swapped for a row of top teeth)
- Recessed “Follow-me” eyes (an optical illusion that makes the eyes appear to always look at the viewer)
- Waterproof printed irises
- Removable tongue made of minky or fleece, with hook-and-loop attachment
Optional Upgrades:
- Muzzle fan with hidden switch: $70
- Full upper and lower jawset and gums: $80
- Adjustable head-harness with 5 securement points (recommended for moving jaws): $70
- Silicone tongue: $20
- Magnetic eyelids (snap on to change the expression): $60
- LED light-up eyes (can be set to one color, or rainbow switching): $60
- Kanekalon wefted hair is available, but project-specific due to the range of hair lengths, styles, density and colors available. Pricing must be discussed one-on-one during the quote process.
Fursuit Handpaws
Multiple handpaw patterns are available for you to choose from! These range from smaller, more versatile paws, to plush and adorable puffy paws. At Sandcat Customs we pride ourselves on the durability and quality of our handpaws – all pawpads are stitched on, trimmed, and then a final reinforcing zig-zag stitch is meticulously applied to the edges to create a solid border that won’t pop. We will never sacrifice our durability standards for cosmetic reasons.
All prices below include one fur color and one minky or vinyl color.
Standard handpaws: $220
- Flat pawpads
- Unlined interior
- Claws of same fabric used for pawpads
Deluxe handpaws: $300
- Stuffed pawpads
- Stuffed fingers
- Full edge-to-edge secured liner with sweat-wicking fabric
- Claws of same fabric used for pawpads
Optional upgrades:
- Resin claws, available in solid matte, solid glossy, or glitter colors: $50
- Second fur color (if buying paws alone): $20
Mini Partials
Three piece “mini partials” start at $1450. In our opinion, this is the best way to dive into the world of fursuiting! This remains a great and popular method of suiting for a reason: enough coverage of your “human self” to display your character, with much less risk of overheating, and the ability to easily change your look via outfits you already own.
Our price includes a standard-equipped head, a pair of deluxe handpaws, and a tail up to 2.5 feet in length. Final pricing will vary based on number and complexity of markings, number of fur colors, longer or larger tails, a downgrade to standard handpaws, and/or any additional features chosen.

Full Partials

Five piece “full partials” start at $1900. The full partial is a great compromise between a mini partial and a fullsuit – it allows for even more flexibility in clothing options with a bit more of your character on display for the world to enjoy!
Our price includes a standard-equipped head, a pair of deluxe handpaws, a tail up to 2.5 feet in length, a set of armsleeves and outdoor feetpaws. Final pricing will vary based on number and complexity of markings, number of fur colors, longer or larger tails, an upgrade to indoor feetpaws, a downgrade to standard handpaws, and/or any additional features chosen.

Plantigrade Fullsuits

Plantigrade fullsuits start at $2500. From head to toe, you’ll become your character – a plantigrade suit is a full-body coverage fursuit worn like a set of one-piece pajamas, covering your arms to the wrists and your legs to the ankles. A zipper in the back or front allows you to get in and out with ease.
You can choose to have your armsleeves designed as a separate piece – allowing for the flexibility to wear your suit as a partial – or built into the bodysuit for a smoother look.
Our price includes a standard-equipped head, a pair of deluxe handpaws, a tail up to 2.5 feet in length, a one-piece full-body suit, and outdoor feetpaws. Final pricing will vary based on number and complexity of markings, number of fur colors, longer or larger tails, an upgrade to indoor feetpaws, a downgrade to standard handpaws, and/or any additional features chosen.

Digitigrade Fullsuits

Digitigrade (or “digigrade”) fullsuits start at $3000. The ultimate in character immersion, these are full-body suits that include shaped pillows or foam padding to create the illusion of animalistic legs and lower torso, with a larger overall shape and pronounced silhouette. This is a full-body coverage fursuit worn like a set of one-piece pajamas, covering your arms to the wrists and your legs to the ankles. A zipper in the back or front allows you to get in and out with ease.
You can choose to have your armsleeves designed as a separate piece – allowing for the flexibility to wear your suit as a partial – or built into the bodysuit for a smoother look.
